The stay was just like described and looked just like the photos. Wonderful view of the beach/ocean. A/C worked great and hot water was not an issue. We were only a short walk to local restaurants and convenience stores. No issues at all and had an amazing time! 10/10 would recommend!

Communication was excellent! Juan reached out prior to arrival with instructions for arrival. The place was a bit hard to find, our maps had trouble pulling it up, could've been due to low reception with Verizon. The guards were friendly and helpful. Apartment was well maintained, pools were not overcrowded and it was right on the beach! The kitchen was nicely stocked, walkable grocery store had everything we needed. Highly recommend 10/10

We recently stayed at this Airbnb condo in Cancun and had an enjoyable experience. Incredible ocean views from all three balconies. The pools were excellent and well maintained, making it easy to relax & enjoy the property without even leaving the complex. We also appreciated the secure single entrance, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. The decor inside the condo was lovely, the self check-in process was simple and smooth, and the layout provided plenty of space for two couples to stay comfortably. The main downside was that there were some deferred maintenance issues. During our stay we had to reach out to the host several times about repairs. The host was responsive and helpful, which we appreciated, but it sometimes took a few days for issues to be resolved, which interrupted the otherwise relaxing experience. Overall, this is a beautiful condo in a great location. With a little more attention to ongoing maintenance, it would easily be a 5 star stay.

After more than 30 years of traveling to Cancun, I can honestly say we may have found our perfect place. Juan Carlos’ apartment at Villas Marlin was fabulous from beginning to end. Everything was exactly as described, and somehow even better once we arrived. The views are breathtaking. Waking each morning to the Caribbean, hearing the rhythm of the waves, and stepping onto the balcony with a cup of coffee in hand was a daily treasure. The location truly could not be better. The beach is just steps away and absolutely gorgeous, and the Villas Marlin property itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and relaxed. Safe. Quiet. WonderFULL! Juan Carlos and his team were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive, always quick to answer a question or help with anything we needed. That kind of care and professionalism makes such a difference when you're traveling.

We enjoyed a last minute trip to Cancun and Juan Carlos' place fit our needs. The view was incredible with easy access to the beach and pool. Balconies outside each bedroom a nice detail. Lots of great places to eat within a short distance. Because our visit was so last minute we were a bit disorganized and he was extremely helpful and responsive. The building was showing its age a bit.
