We absolutely loved our visit to Cancun in Juan’s two bedroom Caribbean view condo. Extremely comfortable and clean fresh bedding with ocean views and private balconies from both bedrooms. Lovely dining room area that leads to a connected balcony with the two queen room. Steps from the elevator across the hall and about a 2 min walk to the pools and the beach or the security gate where you can access public transportation and tour pick ups. Minimal kitchen appliances, but we didn’t cook a whole lot anyway could use a larger/comfier couch considering the condo sleep six people, but it was sufficient and we were not there to sit on the couch so it didn’t bother us. Beach towels included and a washer and dryer. Would stay again!

The views are unreal and look exactly like the photos. The layout was perfect as the downstairs bedroom and bathroom gave my guests plenty of space. The huge balcony was our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully stocked, they provided plenty of towels, pillows, tide pods etc and being right on the beach with a nice pool was a huge win. However, check-in was a headache. We waited 25 minutes because management only sent one QR code, but security insisted on seeing two more for my guests and took their time. There was some miscommunication. Once inside, the hot water was unreliable in both bathrooms. Maintenance came daily but never actually fixed it. Also, the Wi-Fi was perfect upstairs but down for my guests downstairs the whole time. Management claimed a building outage, which makes no sense since upstairs was fine. They fixed the soap dispensers and did refund 10% for the trouble, which I appreciated, but for the price, basic utilities like hot water and internet should really work.

The location was our favorite part of this place. Seeing the beautiful Caribbean from the windows and being able to walk to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants suited our needs perfectly.

The stay was just like described and looked just like the photos. Wonderful view of the beach/ocean. A/C worked great and hot water was not an issue. We were only a short walk to local restaurants and convenience stores. No issues at all and had an amazing time! 10/10 would recommend!

Communication was excellent! Juan reached out prior to arrival with instructions for arrival. The place was a bit hard to find, our maps had trouble pulling it up, could've been due to low reception with Verizon. The guards were friendly and helpful. Apartment was well maintained, pools were not overcrowded and it was right on the beach! The kitchen was nicely stocked, walkable grocery store had everything we needed. Highly recommend 10/10

We recently stayed at this Airbnb condo in Cancun and had an enjoyable experience. Incredible ocean views from all three balconies. The pools were excellent and well maintained, making it easy to relax & enjoy the property without even leaving the complex. We also appreciated the secure single entrance, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. The decor inside the condo was lovely, the self check-in process was simple and smooth, and the layout provided plenty of space for two couples to stay comfortably. The main downside was that there were some deferred maintenance issues. During our stay we had to reach out to the host several times about repairs. The host was responsive and helpful, which we appreciated, but it sometimes took a few days for issues to be resolved, which interrupted the otherwise relaxing experience. Overall, this is a beautiful condo in a great location. With a little more attention to ongoing maintenance, it would easily be a 5 star stay.
