Beautiful location with awesome views, short walk to the grocery store, restaurants and huge mall. Condo kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You’re in the heart of Cancun so we weren’t surprised by the road noise during rush hour. Our host was always responsive to our needs. We will be back!

We had a comfortable stay here! The apartment was spacious enough for the four of us, and we never felt cramped — plenty of room to relax, sleep, and enjoy our time. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful, both day and night. It’s definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The place is well-equipped with the basic necessities, and we had everything we needed for a smooth trip. Some areas could use a little maintenance and touch-ups, but nothing that ruined the experience. Overall, it’s a good place with great space, comfort, and a stunning view. We enjoyed our stay!

There was awesome view from the apartment! We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. The location was super convenient. Hosts were very responsive. Though the apartment looked like in pictures, it was pretty outdated and had a lot of wear and tear signs comparing to what we expected to see. All ACs worked excellent, though we had questions about their cleanliness as my wife got respiratory allergic reaction during the stay. Also it was a bit unusual that hallways in the building were not air conditioned. In general we had a good stay, though the apartment is overpriced considering it condition.

Our stay struck a perfect balance of everything we wanted for our vacation. The location was private and secure, with many amenities provided and others within reach. My son loved the view, location, and pool. My daughter (high school/college student) was ecstatic to complete her homework with a view (excellent internet service), and I was able to give them a perfect balance of vacation and residential experience. I have saved the location for the future and shared it with family that has sought a similar experience. Our host was amazing, very attentive, responsive, and ready to make our experience memorable.
