This was by far the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had!! Gaby was the absolute best host and we were impressed by how responsive and helpful she was the entire time! She gave us great recommendations and made sure we were good from start to finish! It was so important for us to feel comfortable while out of the country and she made sure we were! The air bnb was 10 out of 10. It looked just like the pictures and it was clean and beautiful. We loved the balcony and it was so peaceful. The beach clubhouse was awesome and beach access was just what we wanted and needed. We would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

This Airbnb offered a stylish retreat with thoughtfully designed interiors that created a welcoming atmosphere, making it visually appealing from the moment we arrived. The host maintained rapid communication, always replying within minutes to messages. However, two major issues impacted our stay: • Appliance failures: The dishwasher and refrigerator were nonfunctional throughout our visit, requiring manual dishwashing and drinking warm beer despite the host acknowledging these problems. • Inflexible policies: Requests for minor accommodations like a 15-minute early check-in or slight checkout extension were consistently denied without compromise, even when explaining special circumstances. While the space itself delivered on aesthetic appeal, the combination of broken essentials and rigid hospitality made the experience feel transactional rather than welcoming.

What truly set this experience apart was the host. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and gracious, making every interaction pleasant and effortless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cancun. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
