El condominio se encuentra dentro de Lorena Ochoa Condos, en el exclusivo complejo Corasol, a aproximadamente 5 minutos de Playa del Carmen y la 5ta Avenida.
El complejo cuenta con cámaras de seguridad visibles en áreas comunes, sin invadir la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Place is beautiful, the condo is comfortable. Everything was clean and peaceful. The only problem that we faced was that the hot tub didn’t work at all, and our first day was kind of a cold day, so we wanted to use the hot tub but we never could make it work. We immediately contact with people from the building and they said “we will send someone right away” they never did… We contact the guy from the Airbnb and he was very responsive, he tried to help but he was mentioning that we have not follow the steps to put the hot tub to work. We told him we already did that but still not working… and he said that we might loose some step. Next day staff from the place told us “oh but don’t expect hot water on the jacuzzi, is a cold water jacuzzi” ? I mean that comment kind a make me feel annoyed because why would he think I’m that stupid? If the jacuzzi doesn’t work just say that! Coffee machine was kind of broken, the private pool is like 3 feet deep so it’s kind a uncomfortable
